i believe we are constantly changing, and each of us are capable of directing that change toward becoming the person we want to be. how we arrive there, of course, is the difficult part. i’m here to walk alongside you, through the depths of your inner workings, with both curiosity and challenge. my focus is on getting to know the real, whole you, so we can understand both where you are today, and more clearly where you want to be.
i invite an integrative approach into our sessions pulling from mindfulness and positive psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural theories, narrative and emotion-focused therapy, through a trauma informed lens. rather than focusing simply on diagnosis, we will work together on symptoms you are experiencing and would like to change.
